- We believe that buying online should be as safe, secure and as worry free as possible, so we use a series of Internet security technologies to assure you that your transactions are safe and your payment card and anonymity are protected.
All your ticket transactions with Nokia Ticket Rush are processed via Live Nation Tickets, who conform to the highest standards of security.
Credit Card Protection: When you purchase online, credit card purchases are generally protected against fraud by law and your liability is thereby limited. Check with your credit card company for details.
- Q: Can I track my order? Who can I call if my tickets have not arrived?
- Order tracking is not currently available. To receive your tickets instantly select the print at home delivery option. If you chose to receive your tickets by mail and have not received them 48 hours prior to the event please contact a Live Nation Tickets customer service representative.
- Q: My tickets say "General Admission." What does this mean?
- General Admission refers to seating or standing areas that are not assigned or reserved and are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis. When purchasing tickets for a General Admission event you may be quoted section, row and seat numbers but these are for inventory purposes only and do not reflect any actual seating location. Please ensure you carefully read the Event Information and Ticket Information screens when purchasing tickets as any information addressing whether your tickets are General Admission will be posted on one or both of these screens. Seating arrangements vary for each event and there may or may not be seats of any kind available. We cannot guarantee seating for any event that is sold as General Admission.
Ticket Availability
- Q: When are the best times to purchase tickets?
- When a popular event goes on sale there are literally hundreds and sometimes thousands of customers simultaneously attempting to purchase tickets across all distribution channels. Like any limited commodity tickets are sold as long as seats are available and sometimes they go quickly. If 500 fans are simultaneously buying four tickets each, 2,000 tickets can be sold in a matter of seconds! Nokia Ticket Rush allows fans to purchase tickets before they go on sale to the general public. But hurry! Ticket quantities are limited and are subject to availably.
- Q: I got through to the buy tickets screen and selected tickets for my preferred venue but I am restricted to only 4 tickets in my transaction I want to buy 10 tickets!! Why can I not buy them all?
- Presales are often restricted to a limited number of tickets per fan so that everyone gets a fair chance to buy the best seats.
- Q: May I exchange my tickets if better seats become available later or if a second show is announced?
- No. All Nokia Ticket Rush ticket sales there are final. There can be no refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
- Q: Why does Live Nation Tickets enforce a time limit when making purchases online?
- When you are shopping for tickets on Nokia Ticket Rush and go through to our ticket partner and select tickets, you are "holding" real inventory. Due to high demand, our partner has implemented a time limit during the checkout process. If you exceed the posted time on the page, the tickets you are holding are released for others to purchase. You have about 5 minutes in total to complete your purchase. This gives as many people as possible a chance to purchase tickets.
- Q: Are there fees?
- Ticket prices are subject to but not limited to parking fees, venues fees, service charges and handling fees. Fees may vary from event to event.
- Q: I cannot attend the event. Can I get a refund?
- We regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless the event in question has been cancelled. This is part of the purchase policy you agree to when purchasing tickets.
- All sales are final unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled or the facility is closed due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Q: What is your refund policy for cancellations and postponements?
- Cancellations
If the event is cancelled your credit card will be automatically refunded by our ticketing partner. You will be refunded for the entire purchase including any fees. Please contact your credit card company to learn when the credit will be applied.
Postponements/Rescheduled Events
If the event for which you purchased tickets has been rescheduled and you are able to attend on the rescheduled date the tickets will be honored and will remain valid for the new date, unless you are otherwise notified.
If the event for which you purchased tickets has been rescheduled and you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, you must contact your point of purchase directly to request a refund.
- Q: What if I do not receive tickets in the mail?
- If you chose to receive your tickets by mail and you have not received them 48 hours prior to the event please contact a Live Nation Tickets customer service representative.

- Q: I registered with Nokia Ticket Rush. Where is my password?
- You must click on the link contained in the registration opt-in email we sent to you to be fully registered at Nokia Ticket Rush. Have you checked your "Junk Mail" folder? It's possible it got filed in there.
- Once you click on the opt-in link from the email and/or log into the Nokia Ticket Rush website you can manage your password on the account preferences page.
- Q: I registered with Nokia Ticket Rush but never received a confirmation email.
